Shipping cost
The costs for standard shipping are $6.99 for all orders.
Order Processing
Order Cut-Off Time: 6PM (Central Standard Time)
Order processing time: Orders are standard processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. An email confirmation with tracking information will be sent when your order has been shipped.
Should any items be unavailable, the preparation time may be modified. Availability delays will be communicated.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is within 7-15 business days (maybe take longer, depending on destination) from the date the order has been shipped. Deliveries will be made Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays). A signature will be required upon delivery.
However, there will be cases that we can’t foresee such as weather conditions or logistical challenges might result in minor delays. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you via email.
Shipping method
To accommodate your needs, our selection of available shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on your location and the size of the item(s) purchased.
Shipping destinations
We ship to addresses in the United States. If you would like to place an order with us but you are not in this area. Please get in touch with our customer service staff at [email protected], and if we are able to deliver to your location, we will help.
Insufficient or Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to the sender (Caven store) due to insufficient or incorrect address, the client is responsible to pay for the second shipping fare. We will contact the client if this happens with an invoice for the shipping cost
Lost or Missing packages
Caven store is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.
In the unfortunate event that your package has not been received after delivery confirmation, please contact your local shipping carrier to initiate a claim. The shipping label we print out is taken directly from the address you provided at checkout. You are the one responsible for putting in your correct address.
